Each package is designed to give you the freedom to train at your own pace while staying consistent with your practice. This allows you to plan sessions around your schedule and maintain steady progress without pressure — supporting a sustainable, balanced routine that fits your lifestyle. Single sessions are valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase, blocks of 3-8 sessions are valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase and blocks of 12 sessions are valid for 12 weeks from the date of purchase.
Single Session: £60 – Perfect for trying a 1-to-1 session or scheduling a one-off workout tailored to your needs.
Introductory Offer – 3 Sessions for £120 – Special opening offer for new clients. Experience your first three sessions at a reduced rate. Available once per client.
Block of 4 Sessions: £220 – A flexible package to get started with consistent training while saving on individual sessions.
Block of 8 Sessions: £420 – Ideal for those looking to build momentum and see measurable progress.
Block of 12 Sessions: £600 – Our best-value package option, designed for those ready to commit to long-term progress. This package offers flexibility while supporting consistency, accountability, and lasting results.
Our membership plans are designed for clients who want to commit to regular training and make consistent progress. Each plan is valid for 1 month from the date of payment and is perfect for maintaining momentum and building long-term results. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for the membership options to achieve meaningful improvements in strength, confidence, and overall well-being.
4 Sessions/Month: £200 – Ideal for those seeking regular weekly sessions to maintain consistency and momentum.
8 Sessions/Month: £380 – Perfect for clients looking to progress faster with twice-weekly sessions, building consistency, confidence, and steady improvement.
12 Sessions/Month: £540 – Designed for clients committed to transformation, building consistency, confidence, and lasting results through frequent, structured sessions. Our best-value option for achieving long-term progress.

Q 1: “Do I need prior Pilates experience?”
A 1: Not at all. Each session is tailored to where you are now — whether beginner or experienced.
Q 2: "How do the bookings work?”
A 2: Choose your package or membership, pay online, then we'll arrange the session time(s) within 24 hours if not already agreed previously.
Q 3: “What should I wear / bring?”
A 3: Wear comfortable workout clothes and grip socks, and bring some water to stay hydrated. Grip socks are also available to purchase. Please keep jewellery minimal and tie your hair back.
Q 4: “What if I need to cancel or reschedule?”
A 4: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or if you need to reschedule. Shorter notice will result in that session being considered completed and you won't be able to reschedule it.
Q 5: "What happens to unused sessions?"
A 5: For memberships, unused sessions can roll over if previously agreed — for example, in cases of planned holidays, extended illness, or other exceptional circumstances. For packages, sessions not used within the package validity period will expire.
Q 6: "Where is the studio? Is parking available?"
A 6: The studio is home-based in Stourport-on-Severn. A dedicated parking space is available at the property, and the full address is provided after booking.
